This user led charity is run by people with mental illness and their carers. They offer services throughout Wales. Examples include drop in and resource centres, arranged activities, befriending, help with housing, employment training and advocacy. They run the “All Wales mental Health Carers Forum”  that offers support, advice, respite, peer support groups and carer training amongst other carer specific services.
